We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction, service and high quality products sourced locally and globally.  The Dry Bar Co. has thoughtfully curated our product line and stands by all the products we sell and create.  All our customer orders are carefully selected from stock and we pack every order that leaves our warehouse to ensure that we exceed your expectations.

To be eligible for a return:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In each case, you’ll need the receipt
or proof of purchase with a photo attached.

To start a return, you can contact us
at info@thedrybarco.com.au. Please note that
returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 11/21C Richmond
Road, Homebush NSW 2140

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be liable for all costs
associated with the return, including all postage and handling.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All custom products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have
questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and
let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically given a store credit equal to the amount of your original payment
within 10 business days. This will not include the cost of shipping, shipping costs will be up to the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
