Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia wide delivery through our shipping partner Couriers Please.  

Our Sydney based clients also have the choice to collect their orders by appointment, from our warehouse located at Unit 11/21C Richmond Road, Homebush, NSW 2140.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Once you have placed an online order we will send you an email confirmation.  

An email notification with a tracking link will be provided once your order has been collected by our couriers and your order has shipped. 

COVID-19 and Severe Weather conditions may cause delays in processing and shipping. 


Packaging Options

If you place an order online and choose delivery, we will securely package your order in our custom gift box packaging.

If you choose to collect your order from our Sydney warehouse we are able to wrap most orders in our custom tissue paper or kraft paper, finished by hand tying in our natural jute string or custom ribbon. No box will be provided for local pick up orders - Our custom gift box packaging can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Local Pick Up - Sydney

We offer free local pickup by appointment only. 

After placing your order online and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be processed and ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  The local pick up option will become available once you have entered your address during check out.

Once we receive your online order we will contact you via email or phone and share our available collection days and times.

Located at Unit 11/21C Richmond Road, Homebush, NSW 2140. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The Dry Bar Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer.

We sometimes offer promotional shipping rates and/or flat rate shipping which will be subject to the promotions terms and conditions.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping and are an Australian based company only. 

We hope to offer international shipping in the future and will update this policy and share this in our newsletters once it becomes available.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If for any reason you have not received your parcel within these estimates, please contact our shipping partner via the online chat tool at https://www.couriersplease.com.au/

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thedrybarco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.


Do you deliver on public holidays?

As we use a courier service we don't operate on public holidays, it's best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time.


Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We offer convenient options for delivery.  Our drivers have authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery so that your order is waiting for you the moment you get home.
